If you are trying to omit some meat from your families menu or if you are just trying to stretch you money, beans and rice are a great way to do that.  I was always trying to figure out some good meals with beans and rice that don't really taste like your just eating beans and rice.  I have a couple of great recipes, but Money Saving Mom shared this post by Natural on a budget so I thought I would pass it along.
